SATISFACTION POLICY

Your feedback  is important to us. GOOD or BAD. We are perfectionist and want you to be 100% satisfied with your treatment. If for any reason you are not happy, please get in touch by emailing info@skin44.co.uk. We will do everything we can to turn it around. No questions asked.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSIT

To book an appointment, click the BOOK NOW button. If you are unable to find a time suitable, email info@skin44.co.uk or call 0749861798. Upon booking your appointment you will be requested to enter your card details. No deposit is taken, your details will be held securely and if you fail to attend without given more than 48 hour’s notice you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If your treatment has Zero Value, you will be charged £35 cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that on occasions there will be times that you will need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment but to avoid being charged a 50% cancellation fee, please give at least 48 hour’s notice. If you have purchased a course and cancel within 48 hours you will automatically lose the treatment from your course.

LATENESS POLICY

Please do your best to arrive on time. We run a back to back appointment system and anyone running more than 10 minutes late may unfortunately have their treatment cut short. Please notify us at your earliest convenience if running late so we can do our best to accommodate you.

APPOINTMENT TIMES

All appointment times include pre & post care and therefore the times shown are not the actual treatment time but your actual booking time.

GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers must be used within 6 months of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash. All vouchers must be produced on arrival at the clinic as proof of purchase. Misplaced vouchers cannot be replaced.

PAYMENT

We currently take all Major Credit Cards, Bank Transfer and Cash. Receipts can be provided upon request.

PRICING
We reserve the right to increase our prices, and discontinue treatments, as required, without notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

COURSES & PROMOTIONS

SKIN 44 courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. LIGHT LOUNGE courses are valid for 6 months. They are non-refundable or exchangeable and cannot be refunded once they have commenced. If you change your mind within 14 days and no treatments have been used a full refund can be issued.

SKIN 44 Promotions are valid within the time frame indicated and only as per the Terms & Conditions of the offer.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not approved for any treatment that has taken place or on any courses that have commenced.

Any unopened product can be returned within 14 days in a saleable condition.

Open products cannot be refunded for any reason unless they are damaged. If this is the case you require to send photos of the damaged item to info@skin44.co.uk or return it to clinic and a replacement will be provided. If you have suffer an unexpected reaction to any product, please seek advice from your skin specialist who can assist with further advice.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

It is the clients responsibility to inform us before every treatment, if they are pregnant, had any changes to medication or suffering with any kind of illness or health issue. As we may advise an alternative treatment if you are no longer suitable for the treatment scheduled.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints can be made in writing to info@skin44.co.uk Please state the word ‘complaint’ followed by your initial and surname.

SKIN 44 courses are valid for 12 months.
LIGHT LOUNGE courses are valid for 3 months.
